Fun games on the state peir. One mile from your beach shack. An incredible restaraunt (Jim's Dock) is on the next dock! Another amazing restaraunt Matunuck Oysters is 1/4 mile away.
A greay day is a beautiful time to swim. Our state beach (1 mile away) looks at Block Island and is a great family beach.

our dock is just out your door, past our beach. Put down crab lines and traps down. Or tie up your boat! The open ocean is 5 minutes out
Surfs up. East coast surfing mecca "Narragansett Beach" is a few miles away

Bonfire nightly on your beach, steps from your home!
Bath. Enjoy the oversized shower head if you decide to shower inside. The outdoor shower is to die for!
Bunk Beds in the second bedroom.
The cottage located on Potters Pond behind East matunuck State Beach is
$1200.00 per week. all weeks in June, July and September are open at this point but last year renters have first dibs on there weeks. Pick a week and if someone does not (commit) give a deposit it yours.
Available nightly rent it for $150.00 per night through early spring and late fall too. .
The house has it's own private beach. We share a dock with 2 other neighbors.
Park your boat, canoe, kayack, or dingy at our dock and spend the day fishing, water skiing, tubing etc.
East Matunuck State Beach is 1 mile from the house. A perfect bike ride.
Enjoy the best of summer. Sip cocktails on the porch, take an outdoor shower, enjoy a fire (in the fire pit) on our beach. Grab as many Litlle necks and Quohogs as you could ever want right in our pond.
Watch the Herons, Egrets, Swans. become mesmerized by the stillness, peace and quiet. UNWIND!

The house is a small 2 bedroom cottage with a pull out in the living room. It has been recently remodeled through out so it is in perfect modern condition. This is the first time we have rented it. It is cute as a button decorated entirely in Amercian Craft.

Eat in kitchen / living room combination is a wide open room. Pull out sofa is very comfortable.
Behind the living room / kitchen there are two bedrooms and the full bath
One bedroom has bunk beds the other has a queen size bed
Tile floors throughout, stone counter tops in kitchen, great furnishings.
The yard is large and perfect for outdoor entertaining. Suitable for all types of yar games it also has a picnic table, and a round glass table and chair set.
The cove is private and very quiet.

I would need a deposit to hold any dates for you. Rental would run Saturday to saturday.
