Corporate gifts from OOP

Sometimes Corporate gifts sounds stuffy to me.  Now I know why.....Many of my clients dont realize they are buying corporate gifts.

I just finished a fabulous project for a client.  He was not thinking he was buying a corporate gift.  He sells insurance and is taking his team to Hawaii as part of a trip he won.   Him and his wife will be taking 10 husbands and wives to dinner and they wanted to give all the wives a special gift. 

    


 A budget of $60.00 was established.  I suggested several wonderful items and these necklaces were chosen.  They ordered 11 different Orchid Necklaces in a variety of colors.  They will be presented at the dinner and I am sure everyone will put them on for the night!  These are real flowers sealed in an acrylic to protect them for life.  They come with a bead that makes the necklace easily adjustable so you can wear as a choker or any length up to 24 inches.  Fabulous!

Sticks Table Sale

 
Annan does his homework at our kitchen table.  A bug theme table by Sticks.  We unpacked this family heirloom in 1997.  It has seen vigorous daily use since, but you wouldn't know it.  Each Sticks table is finished with 4 coats of Polyurethane (same finish as a dance floor).  The gorgeous tables are virtually indestructable.  They are meant to be loved daily.  Ours certainly is.....  homework, drawing, painting, craft projects and of course breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Cleanup is a wiz.  We most often use a soapy sponge.  24 hour dried schmutz, just scrub it off with the scour side of the sponge.

Garden City Center Art Festival Exhibit F

Our featured artist of the day, Berenice Griffeth AKA Bunny Griffeth, is a painter of just about anything you can imagine from still lifes to musicians. Her brightly colored paintings truly illustrate her ability to bring to life seemingly simple objects. While her detailed paintings can of course be purchased, her illustrations have been displayed in several children's books including The Waterfire Duck and Bubble Butt, The Challenged Sea Turtle of Mystic Aquarium, a non-fictional self-acceptance story about a sea turtle name Charlotte who currently resides in Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut. (catch Charlotte here floating with her bubble butt in the air!)
